I bought bonds for RS3 on accident and was hoping to transfer them to OSRS. I added them to my pouch in RS3 and hoped to find them in my OSRS bond pouch, under the same account. So far nothing has appeared. I checked if my accounts were linked and it seems they are. Has anyone found a successful fix for this? I have looked through threads and googled it but nothing has worked. Maybe a MOD can help?

I have tried this and it hasn't appeared in my osrs pouch. I have submitted a ticket as well.

You have to message Billing Support via the 'Contact Us' button on that support page Tren linked.
Unfortunately, Billing Support is very backlogged with tickets and response times are delayed.

You need a JMod to manually do the swap.
