i have tried several times over the past few days to buy membership, but the payment gets declined every time. i have done every thing listed in the supports for this, and have double checked with my bank. the problem is not on their end. i have tried both credit card and paypal, neither were accepted. no there is not a problem with my account, yes im entering in all the information correctly, yes im sure none of the payments went through, no the charge is not still pending

So, you can get into the payment page and select the payment method you want but, when you try to enter your card it is declined?

It helps if you post the error message you are getting as there are different error messages and they indicate different problems.

Try clearing your browser cache then try the payment system again. This is in case there is a technical problem between your computer and the Jagex computer.
Instructions: How to clear your browser Cache

If you have another credit card, try it instead e.g. try a VISA instead of a Mastercard or vice versa.

Next, is your card linked to a bank account or is it a pre-paid card?
PayPal won't work if the card isn't linked to a bank account.

Finally, if none of the above help, go to the Common Credit Card Issues support page and work through the troubleshooting points.

And, if none of the troubleshooting points help, use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of that page to navigate to a message form to contact Billing Support.
