I'm trying to purchase 450 keys because I got that rare opitunity to get double keys but it seems to keep rejecting the transaction I've tried phoning the bank they claim to say everything is ok their end.

Work through the troubleshooting in the Unsuccessful payment support page.
At the bottom of that page, there is a 'Contact Us' button to message Jagex Billing Support.

yeah well I've gone through everything I've read in other threads and so other people are having the same issue I don't mind saving £89 I just saw it as a bonus it's jagex loss not mine.
