I haven't received my bond

I purchase a bond through google play store. The purchase went through it said it was successful. I lost my google play credit.

If I go into my bond pouch it says 0 bond. If I try to go on the menu "You currently have zero bonds". I sent a support ticket it was said to wait 48 hours for a reply. It's been 50+ and no reply.

I tried to buy i t again and it says "Error: You already own this item"?? Testing 1 2 3

Have you checked both game versions (RS3 and OSRS)?
The Bonds for each game version have different names: RuneScape Bond - Old School Bond
Check the confirmation message/email you have about the purchase to see what the Bond is named.
