I mistakenly purchased bonds for the wrong version of this game and emailed them to start the process of transferring them to the correct version. But it’s been a week and still no response. Anyone know a better way to get ahold of someone? I know it’s not a lot of money but I like to get this resolved.

Unfortunately, you are going to have to wait a while longer.
Your ticket will be in the queue but the queue is extremely backlogged.
PSA: Delayed response times

The fastest way to get Bonds right now is to buy them again in the game version you want.
Then wait for your ticket to be dealt with and the original Bonds transferred.
If you don't want two lots of Bonds, you can sell the others in-game when they arrive.
Bonds are named differently for each game version: RuneScape Bonds - Old School Bonds
