Hello there,

I don't have access to runescape prepaid cards, but I do have access to prepaid international Mastercards at convenience stores in the country i live in (Hong Kong). I was wondering if prepaid international Mastercards work to buy oldschool membership or bonds. And is there a service fee deducted from Mastercard that I need to be aware of so I can be able to purchase the exact amount of OSRS membership or bonds?

I doubt you will be able to buy membership directly from the website here with a prepaid credit card. Buying a membership from the website is a 'recurring' subscription purchase and Jagex won't accept a prepaid card with a set value.

You might be able to buy Bonds from the website here and you could try doing that.

You should also investigate buying a membership that is provided via electronic means (PIN code emailed to you) and you might be able to use the prepaid Mastercard for that purchase.
Sellers of membership via electronic PIN code include Amazon.com, G2A.com and others.

Will there be a service fee deducted from your Mastercard for a purchase?
Usually prepaid credit cards charge a service fee at the time you purchase them e.g. buying a $50 card actually costs $55-$56.
Read the fine print on the card carefully before buying. Check the card website.
If you are concerned about currency conversion fees, I can't answer you for certain about whether they would be charged though usually they are extremely minimal.
