My gameplay is butter smooth unless I move to some kind of area, where stuff is loading in.
My pc specs are well beyond what that game needs, I run Witcher 3 on highest 1080p settings
I have intel cpu and nvidia gpu
1. Changing graphical settings doesn't work for that
2. Vsync/fps capping doesn't work either too, they help but not a lot, not to a point I would be happy with
3. Cache is fully loaded, almost 5 gigs, memory usage at highest points is 2.1k
Fps when standing in place is 60 or 75 depending which monitor setting I'm currently using
Fps drops / stutter / fps spikes happen only when I move or rotate the camera and mostly they fall down to 30-40 for a brief moment then back to full then fall again, in 5 seconds when running they can drop like 2-3 times, sometimes more often
Lowest fps spike I saw was 16fps
Maximum performance set for power and graphics option, tried capping fps in Nvidia settings, not much of a help
newest drivers for PC and graphics
Game installed on SSD M2, it's fine
I also run linux on 2nd drive, with slower but still SSD, same problem on Linux, maybe bit worse
I'm new runescape player, fresh member, but maybe i will stop playing that because i feel like im having janky 2003 pc instead of pretty good rig when it's not the case
Game is lovely, community is amazing but... this just drains fun out for me and I can't imagine doing more complicated content like this
I would be really, really glad if someone helped me with resolving this issue.
