I do not think I got my rewards. First the free membership trial went to the wrong runescape character. His bank was full and that may have blocked all the rewards from going to him (Big Bubbler). Because my amazon account was also named Big Bubbler, I may not have seen an opportunity to choose the Runescape character for the rewards. That said, I do not think I was offered a chance to choose what character would be linked to Amazon.
I tried unlinking the Big Bubbler character account from Amazon and linking the Bow Bubbler account. That was successful, but still no rewards on either account. Big did get the 7-days of membership even though I do not want to play his account. I do have the 30 day Amazon Prime trial. After giving up on changing the link fixing the problem. I played Big to check to see if he had the rewards. He did not. I emptied his bank to make room and logged out and in. Waited a day and looked again. Still no rewards on Big or Bow.
To complicate matters, I did the deal just before the deadline, so that offer is no longer active.
So, I guess I am stuck with Big as a member for 7 days and no rewards. I really wanted to get Bow membership so I could get into Dunge and make tier 60 items he can use in non-members.
