Missing Bank Space

Anyone have any idea what route I should take to address this problem.
Per my benefits tab I should have 1820 bank spaces, but when I go into my actual bank I only have 1420 bank spaces. I'm not in a f2p world or anything and can't seem to remedy the situation by just clearing everything and re-logging in.

Does the Bank Spaces section of the Benefits tab say "You've currently got 1820/1820 bank spaces" ?
Or does it say a lesser number e.g. "You've currently got 1420/1820 bank spaces" ?

1820 bank spaces is the absolute maximum number.
If the message says a lesser number it means you probably need to buy more bank spaces to get up to the maximum.

Keep reading the rest of the message as it will tell you exactly what you have available to buy to increase your bank spaces.
