With how GeForce Now works, it could look like you're playing from another device located completely elsewhere from where you actually are, even though you haven't moved locations, or changed physical devices. This could look suspicious on Jagex's end, and to ensure your account isn't in the wrong hands, they may lock it.
This is likely what's caused the account to get locked, however, just a guess as I'm not experienced by any means with the program, or seen any Jagex replies to anyone having similar issues in the past.
I'd personally suggest doing a bit of research, and see if you can find a definite answer from Jagex before continuing to use it. Good luck!
