I'm sure i'm far from the first to write here about this but my cache just simply will not download any faster than 20-45KB/s and this simply is just laughable at this point, i have tried fully restarting the pc several times as well as clearing the cache and rebooting network devices to see if the issue was on my end... Jagex really shouldn't be having issues getting me a 6gb download in 2022, I have been attempting to play this game all day with zero success and quite honestly it's left me quite annoyed that i even need to do this cache process at all... Perhaps a simple solution would be to offer an up to date cache file download hosted directly on the website for these situations to prevent people from simply being locked out of the game.

In fact even downloading the launcher from the homepage to do a fresh install is also limited to around 25 KB/s so either both my laptop and desktop are broken for only Jagex related things and not other launchers or games... Or Jagex themselves have some sort of issue getting me the relevant files.

Mine stays at zero all the time, but other than slow loads when I teleport, or the GE being invisible at first when I walk there, I haven't had super bad issues. I would like if Jagex offered a link to download the cache.

Edit: I tried deleting DATA, (not simply cache), and then uninstalling. That worked. But then, when I asked and timed out, it won't verify the cache. Same story as before.
