Currently, I cannot log into the game via the non-steam client. When it launches the client gets stuck on "Loading Application Resources". Sometimes, after a few minutes of just leaving it like this a webpage with the URL "
world34(dot)runescape(dot)com
" shows up, and my browser says this connection is "Not Secure" and if I would like to check the Wayback Machine for a older working version.
I have uninstalled/re-installed and cleared any remaining folders from my system that appeared to be related to Jagex/Runescape.
I use the Brave Browser and was unable to download the installer from it, I had to get the installer using the Edge Browser
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
