Issue with Jagex Store

So here is basically my situation, and feel free to absolutely trash me for this but I won't deny it or lie about it. I been having issues with the Jagex store for the last year, didn't hear any responses whatsoever about any fix regarding my problem after two emails to Jagex customer support. Why trash me for this? Let me explain.

A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to buy some bonds and sell them so I could buy some more Bik Manuscripts because I been wanting to farm clue scrolls, we all want to get a dye at some point right? However, every single time I go into the Jagex Store and attempt to purchase anything I get stuck on a loop with my screen saying "We're preparing you're order" There was a time I waited for over an hour to try and get through with no success whatsoever. That being said I was extremely frustrated with the store to a point I decided to do the stupid thing and real world traded. Play dumb games win dumb prizes, Jagex caught on almost immediately and I got banned for a weekend. I deserved it.

Does anyone know how to fix this glitch with the store? As far as I know I owe no balance, I can't even get to a point in the store to find out if I do or if I don't. I can't even contact customer support to get this fixed because I get zero response whatsoever. This is my last resort.

Do you have Ghostery, NoScript or something similar as a browser extension? Try pausing/disabling all your extensions, then going to the Jagex Store again to see if there is a difference.

Also try from ingame if you can't access it from the website (or the reverse if that's what you've been doing).
