I'm looking at a HP ProBook 640 g4 with an I5 8350u 1.7 GHz and 16 g of ram.
Will it Run OSRS good with 1.7 GHz and integrated graphics? Or will something more powerful be required? TIA
Also sorry if this is not the forum for this.

100% fine for OSRS!

I have a Dell Latitude 5591 and compared its CPU to others with a ProBook 640 and i5-8350u on Geekbench. My scores are around the same. The Intel UHD 620 graphics will handle OSRS's C++ client no problem (I have UHD 630), and definitely fine if you have the RX 540 discrete graphics chip (I'd probably lock OSRS just to the Intel graphics for lower power usage).

For RS3, UHD 620 won't handle graphics at ideal settings (no shadows or drop rendering res to 60-70% for Low shadows), but the RX 540 should do notably better. CPU and RAM are fine for RS3.
