Is anyone experiencing problems with the launcher currently? I keep getting a message that It cannot work due to a network issue.

If you are on Windows 10/11 go to the task manager and find Jagex launcher and end task ( you might see more than one, just pick one and end it. After that, reload the launcher and it just might work for you.
