new jagex launcher won't start

https://imgur.com/a/e0EJoXX I get this and when I try to use the jagex launcher. But its not my net work because the Runescape launcher lets me on. Went to report the issue but took me to some jagex page saying they are doing maintenance today. So maybe they messed something up or still working on it?

Every time I restart my computer I have had to run the launcher twice to get in. After it fails to start all the way the first time, I have to open up the task manger to the processes tab, end the jagex launcher processes (it appears to end them all if you end the 2nd to the largest one). After I end the processes I can start the launcher again and it works every time.

This is likely due to the launcher starting requiring some other process, which is not starting in the order the launcher requires.

Thank you Jandera! I have been having this problem and didn't know this quick fix with the task manager. It's still annoying, but at least i don't have to uninstall and reinstall. Thanks again!
