I've been waiting 3 full days for my points to update so I can buy the last remaining rewards from the shop since I was finished with the threshold I set myself. My membership is running out in a day and I've been looking for support contact everywhere, asked in chats and searched everywhere about where I could find information on when it updates.

I am not able to purchase the rewards in f2p worlds and I'm not sure if I'll be able to re-subscribe until leagues end. I would really appreciate if I could have some kind of information about what should I do, it feels unfair to be blocked out of my rewards like this.
