Not getting email codes.

Updated my 20 year account to Jagex account for the security and fragments and now im not getting email verification codes after i noticed they were sent to spam. I believe I flooded the system and now im not getting any verification codes or password reset emails. I can still login through my linked steam account but this wont do long term. Any help would be appreciated I've done everything in the self help and im unsure what to do next. Already sent a email to Jagex support.

If you had steam tied to your account and used it to log in, you will continue to use your steam login even after you've migrated Jagex accounts. I also use steam login and have a Jagex account. You only need to login to the Jagex account to import other characters.

But the problem is I cannot login to the Jagex launcher or do anything else without email verification codes. Its stressful because the codes say sent but dont showup in the email they said they were sent to.
