I just bought a new hp victus gaming pc with amd radeon rx 6400 graphics and 8 gb memory 512 ssd and I keep getting kicked from game repeatedly . I've tried restarting pc , uninstalling runescape and reinstalling it . Cleared runescape cache , ran runescape on a lower graphics setting to no avail . I have no idea how to make this stop and googled it and looked in forums so what should I do ??? On another note , I can run runescape on a laptop and I don't get kicked near as often but I still get kicked and that's from different multiple locations and different internet connections . So rule out the internet as a problem lol

I have the same issues all the time, it is very frustrating and dictates what i can do on the game. If only some of or membership money went on the game stability and not all on ways to generate more pay 2 play content. Also while im making a point. im the only person logged in to the forum. Gone are the days of community.

I am not going to say this will help, but it helped me. Now, I am not using the same system you are but I had to roll back my drivers to the previous one. I also have double the memory.

Until i rolled back my drivers i could only log on one account at a time. Now, i can go back to 4 (when i want to) and listen to video or music in background.

Maybe you could also check and make sure what you have in your new system is what is recommended for use with Runescape.

And as far as your laptop being fine with Runescape, it doesnt matter if its a laptop or desktop. What matters is the insides of it. So go check and make sure the system you have is what is suggested to be used for Runescape. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

You could try an older driver from the AMD website.

For my amd GPU, driver 22.5.1 is the last stable version to work with Runescape.

From the AMD website:
AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 22.5.1 is compatible with the following AMD Radeon products.
Radeon™ RX 6900/6800/6700/6600/6500/6400 Series Graphics.

my current PC specs:
intel cpu 13500, b760 motherboard, 32gb RAM, 1 tb m2 ssd, vega56 8gb vRAM.
Windows11 pro(to have more controll over the windows updates system, and block GPU driver updates).

Not sure why but I have a feeling its because of OpenGL what Runescape is using.
I tried so many things, every driver since 22.5.1
My other games wont crash with uptodate AMD drivers, they dont use OpenGL.
