Can't install Jagex Launcher

Hello,

Every time I try to install the Jagex Launcher I get this message: Error Failed to access remote metafile. The other log in doesn't work either, Really don't know what to do

Have you tried disabling your anti-virus (not something I'd usually suggest) but maybe that is causing it? You could try the Runescape Discord servers, people might know more in there. Bob says:
