Launcher downloaded but not RS

I just downloaded the launcher on my laptop which has never had Runescape on it. I opened the launcher and Runescape3 says "play" while Osrs says "Install". When I try and play Runescape it fails to locate it, obviously because I haven't downloaded the game itself. I can't find where to download the game file and need help.

I am assuming that you are talking about downloading the independent game clients? You can do so by going on the Recommended specifications Support page.

Go to the heading 'RuneScape and Old School clients', and then proceed to click on the Old School RuneScape icon in the column on the far right, under the heading 'Download'. This will take you to where you need to go to download the official client.

I've been playing at my girlfriends place for 2 weeks, i come home and i get this error. I download the launcher and it says play on Runescape3 even though i never installed it and it tells me to delete and reinstall which i can't do because i never installed it.
