There are so many options it's unreal. Buy an already built or buy one with the specs I choose? It's hard to know where to even begin. I can spend some - but not a HUGE amount. But, if you've never done that then it can be quite intimidating. You can watch some videos on how to build a PC; these days it is fairly straightforward & essentially just attaching one part to the next.
