Freeze when going to new area

my whole computer freezes up when i go to a new area my cursor becomes slow the game sits frozen. i have to ctrl + alt + delete and hit cancel to make it work. it takes like 5 minutes for that to fix it also....

its so annoying. kills playing the game for me.

a friend of mine said it was my gaphics card? i dont know about that stuff.

i tried clearing my catche it still messes up.

any ideas -Blackston

Hello,

This sounds like your HDD or storage device is not able to populate the data quick enough, which is why it'd freeze and try to "catch up". I would recommend first seeing if you are using an SSD and if not, then look into purchasing one and installing it into your device. I would be able to help a lot more if you give more information pertaining to what are the specs of your device.
