Need help with crashing

I have a pretty new computer/gpu/cpu and I was told I can switch to a DirectX mode for RS3. I was given the place to look but all I have is Auto/Normal/Compat mode and I'm on auto which selects normal. I selected normal just to make sure and still crash every-so-often. Mainly when doing quests like Broken Home, causing me to redo a ton of stuff.

Anyone have any ideas. Still crashing regularly. I can't even finish Broken Home, due to it crashing while doing the quest. It crashes while just walking around sometimes.

There will times where it won't crash for a good few hours or even just an hour. I have a really decent computer that can play pretty heavy games, so I don't think it's my PC.
