I tried to install Jagex launcher today, but seems like I already had it once ( and then has been deleted). This is what my issue stems from, the registry says there are files remaining, but I can't repair or uninstall them. This causes my installation to fail and freeze.
When trying to Uninstall it just freeze indefinitely.
So, what should I do ? the only thing that finds the files is Windows itself, but it doesn't allow me to modify, uninstall or see where the file is located.
Any 3rd party software used to remove broken files can't even find it.
