problem with yak track

I have finally got the gold for 2 bonds, bought them, then opened the yak track tab and ta da .. no upgrade icon. There is one on my other acct so I know its not my computer. I am on task 61 and want to get premier pass. I have gone through market place - bonds - and no place to buy premier pass. The only yak track stuff that comes up on there is for the 2 lots of skip tokens. Help please.
