I have my 15 year veteran cape keepsaked when I logged in today its telling me I don't meet the requirements for this item when I've been a player since '06 any ideas?

I'm also still able to equip my veterans cape that I have in my bank

I'm also having this issue with my keepsaked 20 year cape. I've asked in the FB group and other people are having the same issue. It started after the ninja update.

Does everyone who's having this problem have their cape keepsaked?

I ask, because one of my alts has a 15 year cape(no keepsake) and is wearing it just fine.

I'm wearing my Max cape, but it gave the alert the perks are no longer active. I have not taken the cape off.

Change your characters sex and then change it back.

I switched to female, without my 20 year cape(keepsaked) on(because I couldn't equip it). I then put it on and switched back to male and didn't get the message, even after logging out and back in.

Let me know If this fix works for you.
