Grand Exchange Red Error Bar?

Hello! I am wondering if I am doing something wrong in the grand exchange. Sometimes on my purchases I get a red error bar and my money gets refunded. Am I clicking the wrong button or it is just coincidence? thx for ur help

This will only appear if you cancelled your transaction. You can put in any arbitrary amount for a product, and the order will either fulfil or remain empty. The only reason it will turn red is if you cancelled your order.

Are you sure that you are not cancelling this at some point? If you are not but it is still occurring, I would (just as a matter of security) check your account security to ensure that there are no other users logging onto your account. You can find more on the Security tips Support page.

ah I see, so the game must bug sometimes and self cancel, because I know I never clicked cancel yet it turns red instantly soon as I click confirm on the purchase order. Thanks
