Dears,
Recently my phone was dropped and the screen got damaged, as such I can no longer see the screen for my authenticator as clearly, hence I am trying to change my authenticator to a different device however I am finding a hard time doing so.
I managed to log in with my broken phone however when I'm trying to deactivate my authenticator I am not receiving any emails, and I made sure I don't have any spam, junk filters, rules or otherwise set in my email account. Even after waiting several hours I'm still not receiving anything.
Is there a way I can reset my authenticator or email to a different system, I can change my email as well maybe it will work better if I change it.
