Dears,

Recently my phone was dropped and the screen got damaged, as such I can no longer see the screen for my authenticator as clearly, hence I am trying to change my authenticator to a different device however I am finding a hard time doing so.

I managed to log in with my broken phone however when I'm trying to deactivate my authenticator I am not receiving any emails, and I made sure I don't have any spam, junk filters, rules or otherwise set in my email account. Even after waiting several hours I'm still not receiving anything.

Is there a way I can reset my authenticator or email to a different system, I can change my email as well maybe it will work better if I change it.

Not all email providers treat Jagex emails as important enough to forward through.

Work through the troubleshooting in the Not receiving emails support page.

If you just can't get that automated email to arrive in your inbox, the last resort is to do a 'recovery' on your RuneScape account and force a reset of registered email to a different email (different email provider).
To start a recovery, go to the Change registered email support page and follow the instructions under "If you don't have access to the registered email" .

Hello!

Depending on the phone, you might also be able to screenshare or remote control it from a PC to see the screen without the crack. You can try things like TeamViewer (yes this works on mobile) and try to connect to your phone or use Discord and screenshare it to an alt account. There are methods to see the screen without the crack if that is easier. Hope this helps!
