Mandrith Glitched?

I tried to get a task via Mandrith in the Wilderness, and when i ask for a new assignment. They tell me I need to be combat level 120, and level 95 slayer to get one. I am combat level 131, and slayer level 101. I've tried logging in and out to no avail. My stats are not lowered or anything.

Try summoning a familiar.

(Summon it outside the wilderness, then go into the wilderness and talk to Mandrith with the familiar still active.)

In the wilderness you have a 'combat level without summoning' which is lower than your normal combat level. Mandrith probably ought to use your normal combat level anyway, but maybe there is a bug and he doesn't.

seems like they stil did not fix tis...

i tried to familair part i does not work?

do jagex even attend those bug and glitched i found 2 now already and not being done about it all.

does any one has a solution to the mandrith problem?
