Hi as of yesterday I've been trying to log in to my members account and the app tells me some message about my internet but my internet is fine. the only way rs starts up is if I use mobile data. if I'm on wifi the website says access denied and the app doesn't work. I'm currently stuck and unable to play. I paid for 14 days membership a few days ago. It's dxp and now I want my time back. when is this going to be fixed and will I be compensated for the loss of time.

Hey, MonsterPlex.

The recommendations are that 1) you wait an hour before logging in again and 2) to try to connect using a different method, i.e., using mobile data. Unfortunately, there is nothing else to do at the moment other than reporting the issue to Jagex, if you wish, using the instructions here: Website access denied .

Jagex uses CloudFlare for their SSO portal - it is blocking my access 100% of the time (I have another post opened for it already).

Nearly all VPN servers I have tried will be blocked, my entire ISP is blocked by Jagex.

Use the RuneLite client and not Jagex launcher and I can log in
