Hi as of yesterday I've been trying to log in to my members account and the app tells me some message about my internet but my internet is fine. the only way rs starts up is if I use mobile data. if I'm on wifi the website says access denied and the app doesn't work. I'm currently stuck and unable to play. I paid for 14 days membership a few days ago. It's dxp and now I want my time back. when is this going to be fixed and will I be compensated for the loss of time.
The recommendations are that 1) you wait an hour before logging in again and 2) to try to connect using a different method, i.e., using mobile data. Unfortunately, there is nothing else to do at the moment other than reporting the issue to Jagex, if you wish, using the instructions here:

I have the same issue, i try it with my mobile data but it doesn’t work , i really hope this problem will be solved soon , i have losed a lot of time trying to connect but nothings work
