I happened to walk into Taverly and for some reason it thought I wanted to do the tutorial and just trashed all my action bars. every single one is now either blank or replaced with what the tutorial puts on there.
Why would something like that happen?

Hmm that is weird, have you made a bug report in game?

If you check esc - settings - interfaces - information windows, are you seeing the tutorial modes enabled?
If you check achievement paths ( F1 ) are you on an active path?

Were you equipping anything at the time?
If you scroll through your action bars by clicking the arrows, are you seeing the correct bar?
