I added my mothers login to my account, so that I can log into her account through my pc and help her with quests and things. However now I cannot log in my mothers account. Please help as I cannot seem to contact jagex about this. Thanks

There isnt anything that can be done to help you with this, but I'm curious about a few things, just to be sure she still can access her account.

By adding the login to your account, do you mean adding to the Launcher (which is not an account), or to your Jagex Account (converting it to a character with your login being how to access it).

And by cannot log into it, does that mean it's not appearing in the launcher character list anymore, or cant sign into it through the standalone client.

Account sharing is not permitted by Jagex, and they will not intervene to assist...nor can any of the players assist in allowing an account to be shared. But ensuring your Mom can still access her account, we can do that. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
