So I have a weird issue I was wondering if anyone else has, or knows a way to fix it. So I have two monitors, my main monitor which I use to play RuneScape it's a 144Hz 1920 x 1080 1MS panel from LG, and my secondary monitor which I want to use to watch YouTube or Netflix ideally, it is a 60Hz 1920 x 1080 1MS panel from Asus, it's older than my main that's why it's only 60Hz. Now when I am tabbed into RuneScape anything on my secondary monitor runs at like 1FPS and freezes and stutters until I tab out of RuneScape which then causes it to catch up. I have tried RuneScape in windowed and fullscreen, I have tried RuneScape with VSYNC on and off, but I can't figure out what is causing it. RuneScape is also the only application that causes this issue.

Anyone have any feedback on this?

might be MPO multi plane overlay, you can disable in the windows registry

location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm
dword:
"OverlayTestMode"=dword:00000005

or enable MPO by removing the "OverlayTestMode" if it didnt fix it.
