J Launcher Character missing

Hi,

I've linked my secondary account to my main account and can see it listed when I look at my Jagex Account on the website.

When I login to the launcher it only shows my main character on the dropdown. I can't login to my other account via runelite because it says I have to go via the launcher

Any Ideas?

Fully quit out of the launcher and reopen it, that should refresh the character list.

To fully quit out of the launcher, you will need to close it via the system tray icon - simply clicking the X on the launcher window keeps it running in the background:

I think this was a bug. If you sign in and click sign in with google account which was my mains primary account, it signs into my main account but with only my main. If I sign in with my username, password and then my 2fa code, it brings back all the characters.

That behavior is intentional - linked accounts (such as Google, Apple, Steam or Facebook) are done at the character level, not the Jagex Account level, so you'll only get access to the single character that you have linked.

The only way to access all accounts on a Jagex Account is to log in with that Jagex Account, not via a linked account. The Jagex Launcher will remember your credentials though, so you should only need to log in with the Jagex Account once (vs needing to log in every time), and then it will remember that going forward.
