Hi there
Emilia Gloom
,

Did you try restarting your computer after deleting the cache? I have heard that a few players were able to resolve their issue by doing this once clearing their cache.

Looking at your graphics driver, it does appear to be up to date. I would suggest reading through the Game crashes Support page to see if there are any other suggestions that may help with your issue. If your issue persists, then I would advise contacting Jagex by clicking the '

' button at the bottom of the aforementioned page.

Hope this helps.

I did restart after clearing the cache. I also looked through the support pages and followed steps that I found there.

One thing I did do after posting was remove Ram XMP and CPU over clocking. We will see if that helps. Maybe there was random instability during game play that stress testing didn't detect.

If none of that works I'll contact Jagex Support and let them know.

Thanks for the help.

Unlikely to be the case but worth a check: make sure the cpu fan is physically locked onto your cpu and hasn't come loose. cpu shouldn't be anywhere near 100% unless you've got it set up for that in the bios or you have some overclocking software set to 'sport' mode or w/e

All fans spinning as they ought to be? Try some other games and see if they cause crashes.
