Defender of Varrock Crashes

crashing while doing "Defender of Varrock" during the Ramarno for a "cutscene" after adding the ore to the furnious. (all drivers updated, reinstalled everything, removed alt1. still crash after the dwarf does his dance. what are my options i need this quest. QuayleMan

Sorry you are having issues, did you try to clear the cache? This might help if there's any corruption in the cache files. You can see how to clear cache here .

where is it. i cant find that cog. doesnt really say if its the launch or the client neither have a cacha delete option QuayleMan

and i alreadsy completely uninstalled runescape and the launcher. still crashed only at that quest. and a few other time but not like the quest were it crashed back to back to back to back and nothing helped QuayleMan
