Im trying to renew my premier membership (12 month) but it wont show up in the store when i click the 12 month premier membership button on our webpage?
The store shows only the 6 and 1 month subscription
Get in contact with billing through this support page here ("contact us" at the bottom) and let them know what's going on. There's been a few players having the same issue, and it has to do with the amount of membership you have since there's a hard-coded cap on how much you can have at a time.
