Game disconnects at random

Recently I have been dealing with runescape 3 randomly disconnecting and returning me to the login screen. The game will stop responding and shortly after I am greeted with the login. No error message. If anyone can offer some insight or possible remedy I would appreciate it.

I volunteered to let nielson install some equipment for ratings research/spying however you wanna look at it and thought it might be related to that... It ended up just needing a router/modem power off and restart. I did everything else like dns flush, ip stack reset firsst bc I thought they did a reset when they put their equipment to my network. I havent had any disconnects since. Thanks for your replies.
