I was on working on getting sigmund the merchants vote, i was almost done with it but i had to log out and come back to it later. The last thing i did was get sturdy boots for the sailer, but now when i go to the sailer to give him the boots i say "I dont suppose you have any idea where i could find a written promise from askeladden to stay out of the longhall?". I literally have the boots in my inventory. I just need to give the boots to the sailor for the flower and then i was done and now this bug is completely messing me up. I thought i could go back to askeladden and just start the whole process over, but when i talk to him he acts like i already got the written promise from him and says "you didnt think i would give up going to the longhall for only 5000 did you?". My game is bugged and im completely stuck on this quest until i get some technical support help.... PLEASE HELP THANK YOU!
