Running Windows 11 with 8GB and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Recently uploaded and installed Jagex Launcher as older machine may have been outmoded with latest update. Clicked on the launch icon to get the Checking for Updates windows - which was immediately followed by "Sorry, you have been blocked. Unable to access website".
Clicked on solutions link, worked my way through the cookie window to get a support page "Website access denied" which really had nothing to work with. Clicked on the report issue button at the bottom which jumped to a page of technical information but NOT to anything resembling a page to submit a work ticket to Tech Support.
The support page indicates an issue with Jagex and not with my system but there's no clear way of confirming it insofar as I can see. Any suggestions?
