Trouble with keepsake keys!!

I have purchased the key as to use with my (5 year veteran cape) and when I woke up this morning, the cape was no longer on my caracter. When I attempted to put it back on, it says I dont meet the qualifications. But I'm able to purchase another and wear it no issues. Someone help please, thanks.

i have the same issue with 3 of my keepsaked capes as of this mornings update not a way to wake up Evil is a point of view!
