Kicking a player from group

Hi There,

When we started our group we started with 5 people in 2021. One player hasn't logged in since day one and I think its time to remove them as they won't be playing or be able to catch up at this point.

If I choose to kick a player does it change anything to our group prestige or does this only happen if I invite a new player?
