Game Continuous Crashing

Since the big power outage a couple of weeks ago, the game client keeps crashing randomly. Two minutes after login, 8 minutes after login, 30 minutes after login. It's entirely random. The screen completely freezes, but....get this, you can still hear the sounds of whatever you were doing. For example, if you are chopping trees, you can still hear that even though the screen is frozen. The only way to go next is to close the entire game, re-open everything and log back in. Interestingly enough, if I was chopping trees, my inventory is then almost full. So something is crashing, while something keeps running and there is a failure to synch. Also, why does it keep crashing? FYI, I've been playing for about 18 years and have never seen this specific behaviour before.

Similar issue here. RS3 game client keeps crashing to the login screen after a random amount of time. I can get anywhere from 2-30 minutes of gameplay before I'm randomly pushed back to the login screen (Almost as if I've been kicked due to inactivity). Trying to login immediately after just says I can't because I'm still logged in...

Uninstalled and reinstalled the client.
Updated to the latest graphics drivers.
Cleared game cashe.
Computer specs beyond Runescape requirements.
Restarted computer.
Client issues persist.

Restarting game client sometimes gets hung on "Loading Application Resources" too... See screenshot related to secondary issue.

Thanks for the additional context. Yours is slightly different in where it goes to when it "crashes" or "locks" up. Mine doesn't actually go anywhere, the screen just freezes although I still hear the activity in the background. But yours is similar as it's anywhere from 2 minutes to 30 minutes of random time until the "crash".
