I will start with, I have read all the jagex recommended actions to take after the event. I have changed everything and retightened my account security. I have also scanned all my devices.

My question is simply this, can Jagex restore my bank placeholders after someone deletes them all?

I don't care about my items as much as I care about the placeholders I had organized over the years. That would be my only request from Jagex about someone hijacking my account.
