Hi,

Recently I have struggled with being randomly disconnected from the game. Left at the start screen I see "Failed to login. Try again later", or "Disconnected from server". When I try to login I can't because it says my account is already logged in...

Anyone got any suggestions how to fix? I've had some issues with a different game that also disconnects me from the server. I suspect that there might be something with my Wi-Fi that blocks the connection, but I do not know how to fix that.. Havardd

How far are you from the modem? are there a lot of walls between you and that room? Is it placed behind a TV for example, these things can affect you (packet loss is the fancy term). You can buy wifi extenders and powerline adapters (which basically send a signal through your house' wiring via ethernet cable either side), I'd suggest one of those. Wifi extenders plug into the wall and basically 'bounce' the signal further, those work too. Have you looked into buying either? It might help to do a speed test of your internet, just google 'speed test' and either the first result (m-lab) or the one that says Ookla should work. Lemme know Bob says:
