I play both RS3 and OSRS on this account and since I came back to the game two weeks or so I downloaded the Jagex Launcher so that I can conveniently switch games/launchers in OSRS case.
However, after two days or so the Launcher was failed to connect to the update servers and occasionally got "Jagex laucher was not able to start". I tried uninstalling and restarting my computer to reinstall. It never worked but I was still able to play OSRS on RuneLite and HDOS so I continued to play like that.
Eventually I got a message that said that I could only play on the Jagex launcher whenever I tried to log in on Runelite and then HDOS. I tried deleting everything referencing Runescape and Jagex on my computer after realizing that the Jagex Launcher can't uninstall itself properly, and rebooted then installed Jagex's Launcher only for the same failed to execute and not able to start errors.
So after deleting all of the Jagex's Launcher's relevant files I decided to reinstall HDOS and/or Runelite to see if I could atleast use those launchers to play an alt but both of those third party launchers can't even install themselves anymore. I don't know what kind of garbage you're putting in this Launcher that now it doesn't even allow me to install authorized 3rd party launchers or play my main account.
