Hello,
I have read the posted notice on the homepage. However, I wanted to ask my question. I was having issues logging in, staying logged in, and graphics problems today. I usually uninstall runescape, and reinstall it and problems usually go away.
I did this and rather than the old Icon having the R with the whip on it, now it says Jagex launcher. I click on it and a quick long dark screen pops up but then quickly goes away and is replaced with a tall up and down white blank screen that does nothing. I can not log in, I am missing tons of wrapping paper and am unable to get my tickets for my nice points. This is the worst time this can happen. Is my issue due to what is going on currently as posted, or is it something else?
Please help. I have waited all year for this event season and this happens......
