Black Screen when Loading RS3

When I launch RS3 from the Jagex Launcher, I get to the "Signing In" page, after a second or 2 the screen goes entirely black.

Weirdly enough, if I launch RS3 on my mobile/OSRS and login to the same account, it takes me back to the screen to click "Login" again.

I've tried re-installing, using steam, clearing the cache, drivers are up to date, compatibility mode, launching as admin and restarting my PC.

Mobile and OSRS login fine with the same account.

Some additional info, I've found a post on Reddit where they mentioned they're also an Aussie with AussieBroadband (ISP), so that may be a cause.
