Hello. I am a returning player and cannot see any form of chat. global does not show above anyones heads and no pms, cc messages or any other form of chat shows up.
I am not muted to my knowledge. All chats are turned on. To note, I am playing on an older laptop that cannot update graphics drivers and play on minimum setting. If anyone can give me some suggestions that would be great. My PMs are on in game as well. Thank you!

Hi there Gram,

So if you can figure out a way to upgrade your graphics drivers, that might be a good place to start! Otherwise, what you could also do, is go into your

layout settings

(press escape), then reload your layout (click the dropdown menu under "

Load layout

" ).

If that doesn't work, try click on the gear icon on your chat box, & click on the trashcan iron.

I will follow up with a couple other suggestions if that doesn't work!

Make sure that the your Local Chat (

red arrow

) is set to public in the All Chat tab (

blue circle

).
